Hourly rate - £7.00-£8.00
At Cool2Care, we're helping to improve the lives of children with disabilities in West Sussex, by providing flexible support services which enrich the lives of the families we work with.
We are seeking enthusiastic, caring, reliable individuals, who have the desire and commitment to really help make a difference to these children and young people's lives. Families where we are currently seeking to 'match' PAs include; children with cerebral palsy, autism, epilepsy, Down's syndrome, Global Developmental Delay and Learning Difficulties.
Working hours can vary from early morning/pre-school, to evenings, weekends or the occasional overnight. You'll find the work fun, flexible and although sometimes challenging, also hugely rewarding. Your support will directly enhance the lives not only of the child or young person, but will also provide much needed respite to the parents and other siblings too. NB: Minimum age to apply to be a PA is 18.
All successful applicants must complete a Cool2Care training course. Currently recruiting to offer places on the September course – commencing Sat 24 Sept.
