West Sussex Parents Forum is an independent, parent led organisation run by parent volunteers. Our role is to represent the views of our members in West Sussex. To do this we work in partnership with West Sussex County Council, NHS in West Sussex, Probation Service, Police, Learning and Skills Council, District and Borough Councils, Connexions and other Voluntary Sector organisations, aiming to positively improve services in West Sussex for disabled children, young people and their families. |

DescriptionMorning speakers and info tables will be about the support and services available locally In the afternoon, there will be three separate sessions The Down syndrome Association will be there to speak about teenage issues through to adulthood, including work opportunities For parents of children with DS 0-10 years there will be speakers on speech therapy and education The third room will be a more general speech therapy talk and advice from a behavioural specialist Lunch and refreshments will be included Free Parking available Members £10 / non-members £20 Raffle £1 a strip Please e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. DescriptionThis is a community special school maintained by West Sussex County Council, located in the Southern Area of the County. Oak Grove College is a secondary school providing special education for students with learning difficulties from Year 7 to Year 14.
