Parent's Views Needed - We need your thoughts...

You are invited to help shape the statement around Short Breaks for Carers of Disabled Children in West Sussex. If you were not aware, from March 2011 it became a statutory requirement for the Local Authority to continue to provide short breaks for disabled children, young people and their families.

We need you to help shape the plan for these short breaks in West Sussex so we want you to be part of a workshop that is being held between parents and organisations providing short breaks.

When: Thursday 29th September 2011, 9:30am-12:30pm (lunch provided)
